Marianna was born in 1966 in Lvov, Ukraine. She graduated from the Trush Decorative and Applied Art College in Lvov in 1986 and from the Lvov National Academy of Arts in 1995. She has participated in many exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. Her artworks can be found in private collections in Spain, Germany, Poland and Italy.
