Biography:

Dorota graduated with honours from the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź in 1990 and is an academic teacher at her home university. Since 1998 she has run a Clothing Form Studio and since 2012 she has been a professor of the Clothing Faculty. From 1999 to 2002 Dorota was a member of the Council for Higher Education in Art and Design. She works with textile arts and painting. She has participated in numerous solo exhibitions and group exhibitions in Poland and abroad, such as in Austria, Belgium, Japan, Korea, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, Ukraine, USA, Hungary and Great Britain. She is a member of St. George’s Artists Association and the Polish National Creative Association “Wiklina”.
