Biography: Jakub Święcicki is a designer of utility textiles and machine embroidery. He has been connected with Instytut Dizajnu in Kielce for several years, where he runs the Fabric Studio and coordinates the activities of Ambasada Dizajnu. In 2017, he took a six-month course in Textile and Clothing Management at Tianjin Polytechnic University. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Design with the specialisation in Product Design (2018) and Applied Forms Design (2020) at Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce. In 2020, he completed the Textile Engineering Professional Training Program at Tiangong University. Jakub Święcicki is currently a PhD student of the 1st year of the Doctoral School at Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.
