Katarzyna Lis-Lachowicz was born in Warsaw, biologist by education. Since 2017, she has been a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers. The artist's creative interests include unique fabric, e.g. Gobelin tapestry and artist’s own technique as well as collage, which she considers the most important means of expression. She has been a culture animator, artistic weaving instructor in Magazyn Sztuki – a branch of the Ochota Culture Centre in Warsaw. Katarzyna Lis-Lachowicz has been a participant of many group exhibitions and organizer of individual exhibitions.
